To get the Epson wf-3640 offline to online: First, head to the Start button select the Control Panel. Next, select Devices and Printers. Now, right-click on your printer and choose "See what's printing." From the new window, select "Printer" from the menu bar. In the last step, select "Use Printer Online" from the drop-down menu and see if your printer is back online.
